Payment is accepted with any credit card/debit through our storefront.

In the event that a custom order/commission is requested, the policy for those are listed on the side menu in the 'Custom Creations' link.

Please note that all orders are final.  Refunds are only accepted if an order was misrepresented.  Customer Service is my goal, and I will always work to make sure you are happy, no matter what you purchase!

Within the United Stated, ALL items are shipped free!

Items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with extreme padding and security to promote the integrity of the piece ordered.  ALL pieces are insured to the fullest extent, and in the event of damage during shipment, the USPS claims department will process your claim.  Though we are going to strive for this to never happen, we will do everything we can to get your piece to you safely!

All items ship within 1-2 days!  I do not operate by 'business days.'  Your items WILL be shipped within 24-48 hours once the order has been placed!  If there is some reason why your order will not make it out during this time, I will notify you immediately!
